Ypsilon has partnered with Zoho to provide you with an enterprise-grade, ultra-secure Business Email and Workspace platform directly integrated with your hosting package.

Why Zoho Mail?

Unlike standard webmail (Roundcube/Horde) which runs directly on your web hosting server, Zoho Mail is a dedicated cloud email platform. This means:

  • Better Deliverability: Your emails will almost never land in your recipient's spam folder.
  • Dedicated Storage: Your mailbox storage doesn't consume your precious web hosting server disk space.
  • Incredible Mobile Ecosystem: Zoho provides a suite of deeply integrated apps for Mail, Calendar, Tasks, and Notes.

How to Log In to Your Webmail

  1. Navigate to the official login portal: https://mail.zoho.eu (or `.com` depending on your account region, check your Ypsilon welcome email).
  2. Enter your full business email address (e.g., hello@yourdomain.com).
  3. Enter the password provided to you by Ypsilon (or the one you set during onboarding).

Once inside, you will have access to the full Zoho suite, including the Mail app, Calendar, and Contacts management.

Setting up 2FA: We highly recommend setting up Two-Factor Authentication (Using the Zoho OneAuth app) immediately after your first login to secure your business communications!
