The DNS Settings in Plesk allow you to connect your domain to external services, like Google Workspace, Office 365, or specialized marketing tools.
Editing the DNS Zone
- Go to Websites & Domains.
- Look for your domain and click on Hosting & DNS, then DNS Settings.
- Here you will see a list of your current records (A, CNAME, MX, TXT).
Adding a New Record
To add a standard TXT verification record (often used by Google or Facebook):
- Click Add Record.
- Choose the Record type (e.g., TXT).
- Leave the domain name field blank if it applies to your root domain.
- Paste your verification string into the TXT record box.
- Click OK.
DNS Propagation: After you click "Update" to apply DNS changes, remember that it can take anywhere from a few minutes to up to 24 hours for those changes to propagate across the entire internet. Please be patient!
