1. Dashboard Overview
After logging in, you land directly on the homepage of your client area. Here you can see active services, open invoices, and current support tickets at a glance.
2. My Services
Under Services > My Services, you will find a detailed list of all your web hosting packages, servers, and add-ons. Clicking on a service allows you to view its details (e.g., Control Panel login info).
3. Tickets and Support
If you need technical or billing assistance, you can easily contact our team via Support > Tickets. You can also see the status of all previous requests here.
