Logging into your Plesk control panel is the first step to managing your web hosting environment. There are several secure ways to access your account.
1. Direct URL Access
You can access Plesk directly via your web browser using your server's IP address or hostname followed by the secure Plesk port 8443. For example:
https://your-server-ip:8443
https://your-domain.com:8443
Always ensure you are connecting via https:// to keep your credentials encrypted. If you see a certificate warning on your first login, you may safely proceed and install an SSL certificate later.
2. Single Sign-On (SSO) from Ypsilon
The easiest way to log in is directly from your Ypsilon Client Area. Navigate to Services > My Services, click on your active hosting package, and click the "Log In to Plesk" button. This will securely authenticate you without requiring a password.
3. Default Credentials
If you are logging in manually for the first time, your username is usually root (on Linux) or admin (on Windows). The password was sent to your email during the server provisioning process.
