How Upgrades Work
When you place an upgrade order, you do not pay the full price of the new plan. Instead, the system automatically calculates exactly how many unused days you have left on your current plan, applies that as a credit, and generates a prorated invoice for the exact difference. Once the invoice is paid, your server limits are increased instantly!
Initiating an Upgrade/Downgrade
- Log into your Ypsilon Client Area.
- Go to Services > My Services.
- Click anywhere on the row of the hosting plan you wish to modify.
- On the left sidebar, click Upgrade/Downgrade.
- Select your new desired package from the list and click Choose Product.
- Review the prorated amount on the checkout screen and complete the payment.
