Method 1: The Official Zoho Mail App (Highly Recommended)

- Open the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Search for and download "Zoho Mail".
- Open the app and select Sign In.
- Enter your full business email and password. That's it! Everything is automatically configured.
